Product Structure

1. The cabinet body of the power distribution cabinet adopts the form of a general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20 mold mounting holes. The general coefficient is high, which can enable the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the work efficiency.
2. The heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet is fully considered in the design of the power distribution cabinet. There are different numbers of cooling slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises. It is discharged through the upper slot, and the cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet by the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from the bottom to the top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the power distribution cabinet adopts the method of golden ratio to design the cabinet body and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is elegant and new.
4. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a rotating shaft type living hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. The direct collision with the cabinet also improves the protection level of the door.
5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wires, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
6. The top paint of the cabinet is made of polyester orange-shaped baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet has a matt tone, which avoids the glare effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

Conditions of Use

1. The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35°C.
2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. Greater relative humidity is not allowed at lower temperatures. (eg 90% at +20°C) The effect of condensation that may occasionally occur due to temperature changes should be taken into account.
4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination from the vertical plane should not exceed 5%.
5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and shock, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.
