Overview

1. The outdoor box-type substation is composed of high-voltage power distribution devices, transformers and low-voltage power distribution devices. It is divided into three functional compartments (high-voltage room, transformer and low-voltage room). There are various power supply methods for the primary power supply on the high-voltage side, and high-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose other low-loss oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers; the transformer room is equipped with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system, and the low-voltage room can adopt a fixed or assembled structure to form the power supply scheme required by the user according to user requirements It has various functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and electric power measurement, etc., to meet the different requirements of users, and to facilitate users’ power supply management and improve power supply quality.
2. The high-pressure chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation interlock function. 3. Two methods of natural ventilation and forced ventilation are used to make the ventilation and cooling well. Both the transformer room and the low-voltage room have ventilation passages, and the exhaust fan has a temperature control device, which can be automatically started and closed according to the set temperature to ensure full-load operation of the transformer.
4. The box structure is made of channel steel and angle steel, which has strong mechanical strength. The shell is made of aluminum alloy heat insulation composite plate, stainless steel plate or non-metallic material. The surface is smooth and flat, the product is beautiful and elegant, and has good insulation. Thermal effect and strong anti-corrosion properties. There are partitions between each room to separate into independent small rooms. Lighting devices are installed in the small rooms, and the switch is controlled by the door. The top of the transformer in the transformer room is equipped with an exhaust fan to automatically control the temperature of the transformer and increase the air convection to reduce the room temperature. The rotatable connection parts of the substation are sealed with rubber belts, which have strong moisture-proof ability.
