XGN66-12 Box-Type Fixed Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Short Description:

XGN66-12 box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for receiving and distributing electric energy in 3.6~kV three-phase AC 50Hz system as a device for receiving and distributing electric energy, suitable for places with frequent operations and equipped with oil switches. Switchgear transformation. The busbar system is a single busbar system and a single busbar segmented system.

Product Structure

1. The switch cabinet is a box-type fixed structure, and the cabinet is assembled from profiles. The rear upper part of the switchgear is the main busbar room, and the top of the room is provided with a pressure release device; the front upper part is the relay room, the small busbar can be connected with cables from the bottom of the room, the middle and lower parts of the switchgear are connected, and the busbar room is connected to the middle through the GN30 rotary isolating switch. The lower part maintains electrical connection; the middle part is installed with vacuum circuit breaker, and the lower part is installed with grounding switch or outlet side isolation switch; the rear part is installed with current transformer, voltage transformer and lightning arrester, and the primary cable exits from the lower part of the rear of the cabinet; It is used in the whole row of switch cabinets; the isolation switch and grounding switch are operated on the front left of the cabinet.
2. The switch cabinet adopts the corresponding mechanical locking device, the locking structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the five defenses are reliable.
3. Only after the circuit breaker is actually broken, the handle can be pulled out from the “working” position and turned to the “breaking and locking” position, and the isolation switch is opened and closed, which prevents the isolation switch from being opened and closed under load.
4. When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolation are in the closed state and the handle is in the “working position”, the front cabinet door cannot be opened to prevent entering the live interval by mistake.
5. When both the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are in the closed state, the handle cannot be turned to the “maintenance” or “breaking and locking” position to avoid accidental opening of the circuit breaker. When the handle is in “breaking and locking”
When it is in position, it can only be isolated up and down, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed, which avoids the circuit breaker being closed by mistake.
6. When the upper and lower isolation is not opened, the grounding switch cannot be closed, and the handle cannot be rotated from the “disconnection and locking” position to the “inspection” position, which can prevent the live wire from hanging.
Note: According to different switchgear schemes, some schemes do not have bottom isolation, or use grounding switch for bottom isolation, which can meet the requirements of blocking and five defenses.
